OMG SORRY! We forgot to set our alarm and slept through summer (just kidding—we were busy marrying off tthe LOOK cofounder, Tori, and almost everyone else we know), but we’d never leave you wondering what we’re wearing this fall. Despite the countdown to the year’s end ticking ominously along, fall fashion feels more like a rebirth, forever laden with a back-to-school buzz that defines our annual style refresh and first impressions for the year ahead. Fall 2025 carries a certain spunk—a tomboyish spirit that’s playful and bold, yet classic with its polo collars, stripes, reimagined shapes, and timeless patterns & textures.

Praying for cold weather

Bring on the statement outerwear! The time old question of are you bringing a jacket? now morphs into which jacket to bring, and we’ve prepared the MVP lineup. Put a little party on top of your next fit with funnel necks, sailor-inspired capes, quilting, contrast collars, patents, or plaid.

Just go with knit

The perfect fall (wardrobe) recipe exists: sweater, jeans, boots. Autumnal hued collegiate stripes, collared and rolling necklines, and relaxed fits define this season’s most delicious layering pieces. These are the tops and knits are worth building your next outfit around.

Toot it and boot it

If you promise yourself every year that next year you’ll get the perfect fall shoe, the sign is right here and it just wielded a swift kick in the arse. Drop the black booties from 2017 and no one gets hurt! Try stepping into a riding boot (goes great with dresses, skirts, and shorts), a sleek suede, snake print (the new neutral), or a pair of moccasin loafers the Olsen Twins hate to see coming.

Bags bags bags

There’s something magical in the cooler months’ color palette, with silky notes of chocolate, olive, and onyx painting luxury onto our favorite bags. We’re playing with bags of all shapes and sizes this season, from the oversized suede tote that will carry you through the day to the practical, sleek east west you can throw on your shoulder and ride off into the night. Plus, we love studs (and not just on the Dodgers).

Styling notes (from our closets to yours)

Since we shop for a living, we have some tips and tricks up our sleeves. One of our favorite tips: don’t skip the men’s or kids’ sections, especially when it comes to fall items. Most sweaters look better oversized, so if the perfect knit you’ve been eyeing is out of stock or you’re feeling uninspired, don’t sleep on the men’s section. Same goes for the kid’s section—often similar and always cheaper! Thank us later.
